Endeca Implementation Methodology

Endeca Consulting has developed a robust, flexible approach to delivering projects based on our collective best practices and experiences from hundreds of successful implementations. The methodology enables successful information access strategies by leveraging iterative development to deliver working features every few weeks for review by your key stakeholders. Frequent reviews of functionality enable mid-project course corrections when required and support the delivery of high-quality applications quickly and efficiently.

Methodology Phases:

  • Discovery Workshop — a 2-4 day onsite meeting between the Endeca team and the client where requirements, expectations, roles and challenges are discussed.
  • Delivery Iterations — a series of development iterations that are generally 2-4 weeks in duration.
  • Deployment — testing and tuning of the application, promotion of the code from development to testing and production environments, production cut-over, and knowledge transfer to the client team.
